Return & Refund Policy
How to Initiate Your Return:
Step 1: Enter your order number and email address in the fields at the bottom of this page and click "Send."
Step 2: You will receive instructions via email. Follow the provided instructions and select the items you wish to return.
Step 3: Upon approval of your return request, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Return Labels: For eligible returns, customers will receive a pre-paid return label via email. Simply print the label and attach it to the return package. Drop off the package at your nearest postal service.
Item Not Arrived:
If your item has not been delivered within 30 days from the day of dispatch, please contact us at esquiretorronto@gmail.com or call us at +91-7088843858 providing your order number.
Faulty Items/Broken Items: You have up to 10 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of any faulty or broken items. If more than 10 days have passed since your order was received, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To report faulty or broken items, please send an email to esquiretorronto@gmail.com detailing your concern and attach pictures and/or videos clearly displaying the issue. Our team will review these materials within 7 business days before proceeding with a replacement. Please note that the damaged or faulty item must be returned to us as per the instructions provided in the email.
Order Cancellation: We offer a full refund to your original payment method if you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please submit a help ticket in the section below. Please note that it may take 4-5 business days, depending on your credit card company, to process the refund. If you miss the cancellation window, you can set up a return or exchange and send the item back once it arrives.
In Case of Damaged on Arrival/Incorrect or Wrong Item(s): You have 30 business days upon receipt of your order to notify us about any damaged on arrival, incorrect, or wrong items received. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was received, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be sent to the original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
